D4vd Murder Case
A major development has emerged in the ongoing case involving singer D4vd, as prosecutors in Los Angeles revealed they have gathered over 40 terabytes of digital evidence linked to the investigation.
During a recent court hearing, officials stated that a phone associated with the 21-year-old artist allegedly contained a large volume of disturbing material, adding to the seriousness of the charges. D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, is currently facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
Celeste, who had reportedly gone missing in 2024, was later found deceased in 2025. Authorities confirmed her death was ruled a homicide following an autopsy that cited multiple injuries.
The singer was arrested earlier this month and has pleaded not guilty. His legal team maintains that he is innocent and has stated that upcoming proceedings will challenge the prosecution’s claims.
The case is set to move forward with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 1, where more details are expected to surface.
